Elle permet de visualiser des structures 3D complexes et des processus dynamiques au sein des \u00e9chantillons. Le principe de fonctionnement est bas\u00e9 sur la focalisation s\u00e9lective sur un plan d'int\u00e9r\u00eat sp\u00e9cifique tout en \u00e9liminant la lumi\u00e8re non focalis\u00e9e provenant d'autres plans. Cette technique repose sur l'utilisation d'un trou d'\u00e9pingle pour capter la lumi\u00e8re ind\u00e9sirable, ce qui permet de r\u00e9aliser une coupe optique et d'am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de l'image par rapport \u00e0 la microscopie traditionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-058ae314 gb-headline-text\">Contr\u00f4le laser am\u00e9lior\u00e9 avec aotfs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les deux techniques susmentionn\u00e9es, les AOTF (filtres acousto-optiques accordables) sont couramment utilis\u00e9s pour effectuer une modulation d'intensit\u00e9 sur plusieurs lasers simultan\u00e9ment ou individuellement. Les dispositifs AO permettent \u00e9galement de passer d'un laser \u00e0 l'autre.
