Le traitement num\u00e9rique d'interf\u00e9rogrammes acquis optiquement sur plusieurs p\u00e9riodes de modulation a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9 en deux \u00e9tapes : 1- rendu d'hologrammes \u00e0 valeurs complexes hors axe par transformation de Fresnel des interf\u00e9rogrammes ; 2- \u00e9valuation du spectre des valeurs propres de la matrice de retard-covariance des pixels de l'hologramme.
